Spencer Mountain Village, LLC formed a joint venture with plans to develop the property into condominiums, a hotel and restaurant with fitness club, adventure cabins, 30 homesites with a park.
The proposed preliminary plans in Phase I were to construct a 34 unit condominium community and heliport on 4.7 acres with sewer, water and natural gas which borders 159 acres reserved for Phases III and IV. The final phases III and IV would be developed for 48 condominiums, 30 home sites and a park on the 159 acres. Phase II is planned to construct a 60 room / suite hotel and restaurant situated on the adjacent 8.3 acres.
